Evergreen Nephrology

Evergreen Nephrology partners with existing Nephrologists and care organizations to help provide individualized, whole-person care for people living with chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease.
Prior to partnering with Creative Department, Evergreen Nephrology no longer reflected with maturity and sophistication of their operations, partnerships or patient experience. I worked with Creative Department to develop a visual style that is clear and cohesive across all communications.
